Why a consultation comes before a procedure

A layered approach to skin texture, firmness and facial contours. LACELL plans a combination around the structures behind your concerns, with recovery built into the sequence.

A face changes through more than one layer. Surface texture, the supporting dermis, fat distribution, deeper supporting tissue and muscle movement all contribute to its appearance. MyLayered begins by separating these concerns: a hollow cheek and a softer jawline should not receive the same treatment simply because they are on the same face.
The outer skin and dermis influence tone, texture, fine lines and firmness. Pigmentation, irritation and loss of elasticity need different approaches. Skin treatments are selected for the actual concern rather than added to every lifting plan.
The distribution of facial fat and the condition of deeper supporting tissue affect the contour. Areas that need support are distinguished from areas where existing volume should be preserved. Ultrasound, radiofrequency and other methods have different roles.
Facial muscles contribute to expression and to how a contour looks in motion. Your doctor considers the face at rest and during expression, and plans a sequence that respects its existing proportions.
The aim is a considered improvement across the concerns that matter to you. Treating all five layers at every visit is not a requirement. When there is one main concern, a focused treatment may be enough; overlapping concerns may benefit from separate stages. Non-surgical lifting has limits, particularly with pronounced loose skin, and should not be presented as equivalent to a surgical facelift.
To discuss MyLayered Lifting, arrange a consultation at LACELL Clinic in Bangbae, Seocho-gu, Seoul. Check opening hours, directions and booking options, and share your previous treatments and available recovery time.

Consider a consultation if lifting alone has left texture or wrinkle concerns, if several age-related changes are developing together, or if you want to understand which parts of your face need support and which need volume preserved.
Temporary redness, warmth, swelling or tenderness may occur, depending on the device and range. Use gentle cleansing, moisturising and sun protection as instructed. While the skin remains irritated, avoid strong massage, exfoliation and excessive heat such as a sauna. Allow recovery time before important events.
Review firmness and contour after the early reaction settles. The next treatment is based on remaining laxity, skin condition and recovery; more energy or a fixed repeat schedule is not automatically appropriate.
Share the type, area and date of previous filler, threads, laser or surgery. Mention implants, electronic devices, wounds and any altered sensation. Point out thin or hollow areas as well as the areas you want lifted. Medicines, allergies and pregnancy or breastfeeding status are reviewed before treatment.
Contact the clinic for worsening pain, blisters or persistent changes in sensation. Do not wait for the next scheduled visit if a reaction is severe or becoming worse.

No. The programme is a framework for selecting and sequencing treatments. The number of components depends on your concerns and skin response; recovery may make separate visits more appropriate.
Treatment coverage, tissue thickness and appropriate energy matter more than a large shot count. Excessive stimulation can increase discomfort and skin injury without improving the plan.
